This results in all particles being subjected to the same amount of mixing and time, leading to the formation of a highly uniform floc with excellent separation characteristics.
- Customizable Design: Our standard package comes equipped with fittings for chemical dosing, including coagulant, polymer, sampling drain valve, pH sensor, and an optional milky-water injection port. The static mixer units and pipe are carefully designed to generate turbulence, providing the necessary mixing and reaction energy for optimal flocculation.
- Uniform Floc Growth: Floc growth takes place in the pipe after the second static mixer unit, where polymer dosing occurs. This combination creates an ideal floc formation, perfect for the separation of floc and water in downstream treatment processes such as Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) or lamella clarifiers.
